Bug reporting is one of ReQtest’s essential features. You can view outstanding bug reports, their owners and status. When testers spot defects, they write bug reports directly in ReQtest. The recipient of the bug report can choose to be notified by e-mail, to ensure that no bug reports fall between the cracks.
- You can easily customize the contents of forms in ReQtest to make them fit your business. You can rename, add and remove fields.
- User your own scales to describe the priority and severity of bugs: numeric scales, letter scales, or descriptive texts.
- Complete traceability: easily see which test case a bug report is based on.
- Attach files such as design documents, use cases or screenshots in order to make bug reports even clearer.
- Bug reports can easily be e-mailed to project members or other persons.
- ReQtest is web based so both the client and the supplier of an IT project can be given access to bug reports.
